Abstract
To maintain competitiveness Indianelectronicscompanies need to improve the performance of their supply chain. In this scenario, a study was conducted to understand and evaluate existing supply chain practices followed across various companies in India, and benchmark them with best practices using the SCORModel to bring in improvements in the existing system.
