Abstract

In this chapter the materials and the methodology used for this study are elaborated. The materials used are listed in the table in materials section, followed by the solution preparations used in this study. The encapsulation, physical and stability determination methodology of the encapsulated lipase are elaborated in early sections. The methodology used in the optimization of the biodiesel production parameters using encapsulated lipase is elaborated in the later sections followed by the lifecycle analysis and economic analysis of biodiesel production.
