Abstract

Method and procedure of transcanalicular Laser-DCR in combination with 5 mm balloon dilatation is described. As a spin off procedure of transcanalicular microendoscopic lacrimal surgery, this method seems to be able to close the gap between external DCR and minimal invasive procedures.
