33 Year Old Man with Growths on His Fingers

Abstract

A 33-year-old man presents for evaluation of several growths on his fingers in the last year. It began as one lesion and subsequently he has noticed four more. They are occasionally itchy or painful, and have not responded to over-the-counter treatments, including 40 % salicylic acid plaster or “freeze off” therapies. He denies any other medical problems, medications, or drug allergies.
