Abstract
Medication- or drug-induced uveitis is a relatively rare adverse effect related to drug administration. Many agents have been potentially implicated as instigators of intraocular inflammation. The treatment of choice is cessation of the offending agent and administration of topical and/or systemic corticosteroids depending upon the severity and location of the inflammation. The prognosis is generally favorable as these events tend to be mild to moderate in severity.
