Abstract
Ocular tuberculosis is a common form of infectious uveitis in tuberculosis endemic countries. It has several clinical manifestations including anterior, intermediate, and various forms of posterior and panuveitis including retinal vasculitis and multifocal serpiginous-like choroiditis also known as infectious multifocal serpiginoid choroiditis. The diagnosis is usually clinical, based on clinical signs, immune response, or radiological evidence of systemic tuberculosis, and exclusion of other uveitis entities with similar clinical features. It is treated with a combination of systemic antitubercular four-drug therapy and corticosteroids.
