Abstract
Different solar elements are being used in space researches, but these cannot be efficient power supply devices for the space vehicles that are far from the Sun, the main reason being the low intensity of the solar radiation. Thermoelectric (TE) generators are devices that can successfully work in deep space. Thermoelectric power is determined by the physicochemical properties of the thermoelectric material and the temperature gradient applied.
