Abstract
For the purpose of creating nanostructures in the metallic materials was designed a special experimental system. This system has a very simple way to ensure repeat deformation group procedure that functional part of the system is able to rotate. Blanks for the experimental work was 99.9 % aluminium powder, which was compressed pressure of 600 MPa, then the forward extruded and that sample was then used in ECAP system. Universal deformation system Rotary Die ECAP was used in the process of static deforming—hydraulic press, but also at higher speeds on Cam plastometer and also for high-speed deformation—HILTI system. Metallographic analysis of products derived from these types of deformation were analyzed in detail.
