Abstract
We have now completed the analysis of the transition from \(E_{0} \rightarrow E_{1}\) and the equilibration on level E 1 in its various phases 0–4. The question is now if we can iterate and continue now with the transition from E 1 to E 2 with now two or more spatial levels.
