Abstract

The Court developed a specific approach concerning the simplified revision procedure, such as provided for the first time in the European Treaties in Article 48 para 6 TEU. In the absence of a specific procedure concerning this review, the Court laid out the general framework under which its review must be carried out in the context of a reference for a preliminary ruling.
