Abstract

To create awareness in a highly competitive environment, actors in banking sector need to create diversity in the products and services they present to customers and thus provide a price advantage. Introducing various pricing techniques and analyses for the provided products and services is now a necessity. In this study, price analysis-based product and services of banking sector have been clarified in competitive environment and the product and services which affect the sales and customer behaviours have been also determined in detail.
