Abstract
1988 to mid-1990. Peter Foley takes over the BAA Lunar Section. Patrick meets Zsa Zsa Gabor and heads to the Philippines for an eclipse. Patrick’s OBE is ‘upgraded’ to a CBE. Reports of a flash on the Moon excite Patrick and he takes part in a spoof TV show for Esther Rantzen, with the BBC.
