Zusammenfassung

Der positive Effekt regelmäßig durchgeführter körperlicher Aktivität auf die Gesundheit ist unbestritten und mit hoher wissenschaftlicher Evidenz belegt. Regelmäßige körperliche Aktivität bzw. körperliches Training verringert sowohl in der Primär- als auch in der Sekundärprävention Morbidität und Mortalität und verbessert die Lebensqualität.
