Zusammenfassung

Vor jeder Rezeptur bzw. jeder medikamentösen Behandlung sollten (müssen!) wir uns einige (lästige) Fragen stellen:

  • Kennen wir alle Medikamente, die unsere Patienten einnehmen?

  • Wissen wir über Wirkungen und (häufige) Nebenwirkungen aller bereits länger verordneter und/oder aktuell verschriebener Arzneimittel Bescheid?

  • Kennen und überprüfen wir regelmäßig die Nierenfunktion unserer (chronisch kranken) Patienten?

  • ...oder die Leberwerte und das Blutbild?

  • Wie ist die Compliance?
