Die transkutane elektrische Nervenstimulation ist ein etablierter Teilbereich der Schmerztherapie. Die Heimbehandlung gibt dem Patienten die Möglichkeit, aktiv und selbstverantwortlich in die Therapie miteinbezogen zu werden und wertet dieses nicht-medikamentöse Verfahren auf.
