Abstract
The starting point is a non-volumetric setup, where all the elements are interconnected in a network of hairlines attached to carefully distributed points and nodes. The hair dynamics algorithm is applied to this system of lines until the first two-dimensional pattern is formed. At this time the system becomes slightly stable, i.e. when the hairs have bundled with their specified nearby neighbours.
