Abstract
Now I am writing a chapter of the book which we three colleagues — O. BESOV, V. IL’IN and myself — are preparing for print. One can consider this book as a continuation of my recently published book on “Approximation of functions of many variables and imbedding theorems” (in Russian), Moscow 1969.
