Abstract
Kenya is found in East Africa. It has a population of 23 million people living in approximately one third of the country. Two thirds of Kenya is arid or semi-arid and as such is sparsely populated. The country if divided into 8 (eight) administrative/political regions called Provinces. There are over 40 (forty) different tribes. Kiswahili and English are the two official languages spoken by most people. Literacy rate is over 60 percent.
