Zusammenfassung
Für anisotrope Medien muss die Verknüpfung zwischen D und E bzw. B und H durch einen Tensor zweiter Stufe beschrieben werden. Dieser Tensor tritt in der Wellengleichung an die Stelle der skalaren Dielektrizitätskonstanten oder Permeabilität isotroper Medien. Ionisiertes Gas (Plasma) in einem Magnetfeld verhält sich anisotrop gegenüber elektromagnetischen Wellen, weil die Permittivität zu einem Tensor wird. Bei Ferriten in einem statischen Magnetfeld nimmt die Permeabilität einen tensoriellen Charakter an. Aus der Wechselwirkung zwischen Materie und Wellen resultiert ein dispersiver Charakter dieser Medien, der in Resonanzen, Nullstellen und imaginären Werten des Brechungsindex zum Ausdruck kommt. Die Übertragungseigenschaften dieser Medien werden ausführlich diskutiert und im besonderen einige technische Anwendungen der Ferrite für nichtreziproke Netzwerke besprochen.
Résumé
Il s’agit ici de décrire, pour des milieux anisotropes, la liaison entre D et E ainsi qu’entre B et H par un tenseur de second degré. Dans l’équation des ondes, ce tenseur apparaît à la place des constantes diélectriques scalaires ou perméabilité de milieux anisotropes. Le gaz ionisé (plasma) se comporte, dans un champ magnétique, de manière anisotrope par rapport aux ondes électromagnétiques, du fait que la permittivité devient un tenseur. Pour les ferrites placées dans un champ magnétique statique, la perméabilité prend un caractère tensoriel. De l’effet alternatif entre la matière et les ondes résulte un caractère dispersif de ces milieux, qui s’exprime en résonances, positions zéro et valeurs imaginaires de l’indice de réfraction. Les caractéristiques de transmission de ces milieux sont discutées à fond, en particulier quelques applications techniques des ferrites pour des réseaux non réciproques.

Per i mezzi anisotropi il collegamento tra D e E rispettivamente tra B e H va descritto tramite un tensore di secondo grado. Nell’equazione del moto ondulatorio questo tensore subentra alle costanti dielettriche scalari o alla permeabilità di mezzi isotropi. Gas ionizzato (plasma) in un campo magnetico si comporta in maniera anisotropa rispetto alle onde elettromagnetiche, perché la per-mittività diventa un tensore. Presso i ferriti in un campo magnetico statico la permeabilità assume un carattere tensoriale. Dall’azione reciproca tra la materia e le onde risulta un carattere dispersivo di questi mezzi, che si esprime in risonanze, in posizioni nulle e in valori immaginari dell’indice di rifrazione. Le caratteristiche di trasmissione di questi mezzi vengono ampiamente discussi e si descrivono alcune applicazioni tecniche dei ferriti per reti non reciproche.
