Eine Prävention ist nach Grundlage des heutigen Wissensstandes sehr schwierig. Denn die Mehrzahl der Herzfehler entsteht früh in der Embryonalphase, meist bevor die Mutter überhaupt weiß, daß sie ein Kind erwartet.
