Abstract
We use the following notation throughout the monograph. A vector in n-dimensional Euclidean space is denoted by \({\rm v}=({v_1},\ldots,{v_n}),\) whether it is a column vector or a row vector. For a matrix \({\rm A}=(A_{ij}), i,j,=1,\ldots,n,\,{\rm with\, real\, entries}\, {A_{ij}}, { i} \) is the row index and j the column index, and \({\rm A^\top}=(A_{ji})\) stands for the transposed matrix.
