Abstract
In this last chapter of Part I we consider singularities of Poincaré families depending on the character and the spectral parameter jointly. The results are by no means complete. We consider singularities at points (φ 0, s 0) with φ 0 ∈ V r and Re s 0 ≥ 0. Our point of view is local.
