Abstract
The results presented in this book solve some problems and at the same time open many others. In this chapter we will collect some of these and try along the way to give some indications of what we believe the questions which future research should face. We categorize the problems in accordance to the chapters of the book, but this is somewhat arbitrary as many of them are related to more than one chapter.
