Abstract

This research advocates for the integration of data analytics as a pivotal strategy for private higher education institutions (HEI) to navigate the dynamic landscape of student recruitment and marketing strategies. By leveraging insights derived from data, institutions can not only streamline their processes but also foster a more targeted and personalized approach that resonates with the preferences and expectations of today’s diverse student population. The study focuses on descriptive and predictive analytics and proposes an interactive dashboard and a machine learning model as outcomes. The findings of this study contribute to the intersection of data analytics and higher education, providing actionable insights for HEIs aiming to thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.
