Abstract
In this closing chapter, I summarize my main results, but not in the form of narrative conclusion. Rather, I define seven lessons for the present that can be derived from the ethical analysis provided in the previous chapters. These lessons serve as a compass that may help to navigate the impact of MAI on practices, relationships, and environments in medicine. I also attempt a short outlook, discuss some limitations of this book, and outline some topics for future research.
