Abstract

The global transformation of international political relations initiated by the fall of the Berlin Wall is characterized neither by the end of the bilateral balance of power in the world nor by a paradigm shift in the global system of international order and security. In this context, this dissertation’s issues, which analyze the problems of legitimization of power concerning fragile states, are positioned.
