Abstract
The Romanian landscape of business and technology is evolving at unprecedented speeds it’s becoming ever easier for rapid growth thanks to technology and harder to keep up with the avalanche of regulations businesses now have to comply. Even though artificial intelligence has been in use for a while, only recently Open A.I.’s GPT models and chat GPT getting acclaimed by the wide public and acknowledged as the starter of a new “battle” for supremacy amongst technology and business solutions, one of Generative Artificial Intelligence. The starting hypothesis for this research has been that the biggest challenge for foreign entrepreneurs in Romania is the management and understanding of how to legally do business while meeting all requirements and keep up with the changes. The authors aim firstly to discover the challenges that foreign entrepreneurs are facing with creating or advancing business opportunities in Romania, and secondly help alleviate the hardship for one of these challenges by using the latest technology solutions such as: Generative Artificial Intelligence and Platform Engineering and Automation, both powered by cloud solutions. These modern technology is here to stay and already impacts organizations in a positive way if used correctly.
