Abstract
This comprehensive review article examines innovative methods in warehouse management to address the challenges posed by omni-channel logistics in multi-channel retailing. The article focuses on three key areas: developing strategies and solutions to adapt warehouse operations and design, integrating IoT technology into warehouse management systems, and utilizing RFID technology in warehouse operations. The results of this review offer knowledge, for researchers in the realm of warehouse management.
