Abstract

This chapter introduces the edited volume by defining the main concepts—return migration, crisis, and emerging countries, identifying issues, and discussing the importance of the topic in contemporary society. Also, it provides an overview of the edited volume with a brief introduction of chapters in Sect. “Foci, Loci, and Conceptualization”.
