Abstract
Recycling processes and circulation of materials are important to utilize limited resources. Nonferrous metals are no exception to these materials. Nonferrous metals-region has made efforts on constructing circulation networks. DOWA group, one of the Japanese nonferrous companies, has also been committed to them by treating larger amounts of recycled materials. Currently, DOWA adopts TSL furnace, with which we could increase the ratio of recycled materials to higher value than other processes and recover several sorts of metals efficiently. In addition, DOWA group companies cooperate with each other and construct recycling networks, to treat wide range of materials. In this presentation, the characteristics of DOWA group recycling networks are overviewed.
