Abstract

This chapter explains what precision fermentation is and briefly describes the process of precision fermentation and how it differs from traditional fermentation processes. Additionally, it displays the use of GMMs during this process. This chapter clarifies the concept of precision fermentation and provides a brief overview of the fermentation process, highlighting its distinctions from traditional fermentation methods. Furthermore, it illustrates the application of GMMs within this process.
