Abstract

The phenomenon of entrepreneurship that is being experienced worldwide can be attributed to its perceived potential for fostering economic growth and sustainability. Numerous endeavours within the entrepreneurial ecosystem are being made to enhance the entrepreneurship performance with the aim of achieving sustainable entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The United Nations General Assembly established the Open Working Group, which convened at the United Nations headquarters. This group put out a comprehensive framework known as the SDGs, consisting of 17 distinct goals and a total of 169 specific targets. In addition to the aforementioned statement, an initial collection of 330 indicators was introduced in March 2015. Decent work and economic growth represent a key objective within the framework of the SDGs. Hence, our objective is to examine the metrics that indicate the influence of entrepreneurship performance (EP) on SDGs through sustainable entrepreneurship (SE).
