The Impact of Necessity on Deposit Guarantee in Islamic Banks: An Applied Jurisprudential Study

Abstract

This research deals with the study of the impact of the need to guarantee deposits in Islamic banks by the rules of Islamic law, its assets, its purposes, and interests, and concludes that the rule of deposits in Islamic banks varies depending on its container investment, origin where they are not guaranteed on Islamic banks but do not deny that provisions might be changed to suit the current time on condition that it does not conflict with the provisions of general Sharia. The researcher has dealt with the beginning of the concept of banking research and the need for the types of risks to deposits in Islamic banks, and concluded that it is permissible to ensure some deposits in Islamic banks because of their stability for transactions in Islamic banks.
