Abstract
Recently, the application of remote ATC tower technology has solved many problems in the development of civil aviation, such as the blind field of vision in the apron control of large airports, the high operating cost of small and medium-sized transport airports, general airports and helicopter take-off and landing points and brain drain and so on. Therefore, the remote ATC tower system has received more and more attention and has been promoted in more scenarios. The use of remote ATC tower system is a typical process of human-computer interaction, and human-computer interaction is the basis of the study of human factor ergonomics. This paper mainly studies the human factor ergonomics from the perspective of user experience satisfaction. It studies the user experience satisfaction of remote ATC tower system from four dimensions of work efficiency and safety, remote ATC tower system availability, management procedures and environment. It designs the corresponding questionnaire and investigates a total of 95 remote ATC tower controllers in China. After that, SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaire results. According to the multi-dimensional analysis results, relevant suggestions are put forward for the technology improvement of remote ATC tower system and controller training. The results of this paper not only fill the gaps of research and data in the field of human factor ergonomics of remote ATC tower system in China, but provide an important basis for the improvement and improvement of remote ATC tower system technology.
