Smart Mobility and Industrial Technologies (ICATH 2022)

Abstract

Recently, the industrial world has seen the birth of new industrial tools and methods developed due to Industry 4.0 technology to enhance the efficiency of enterprises. Several indicators are to be considered in this approach, enthroned by the TQM (Total Quality Management). The major advantage of the I4.0 being digitalization and robotization, it is essential to ensure the reliability and durability of equipment by using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). The objective of this paper is, first, to highlight the relationship between these two indicators by proposing a model developed using SysML, then, to present the contribution of Industry 4.0 technologies, and finally the risks associated with their digitalization.
