Abstract

This chapter focuses on how the law enforcement agencies perceive online child sexual abuse and child pornography as a crime. It also discusses their various modus operandi of these crimes and discusses the various investigation approaches adopted by the law enforcement agencies and the preventive initiatives taken to stop the commencement of the crime.
