Abstract

Extracranial embolization procedures are therapeutic endovascular occlusions of vessels outside the cranial cavity. This chapter covers head, neck, and spinal transarterial embolization procedures. Direct percutaneous procedures of head and neck vascular lesions will also be discussed.
