Abstract
Tethered spinal cord syndrome (TSCS) is an umbrella term covering a wide group of neurological manifestations secondary to abnormal attachment and traction of the spinal cord within the spinal canal. Spinal cord tethering can occur at any point in the spinal canal; however, most forms involve the lower spinal cord at the lumbosacral region.
