Searching Genomic Data

Abstract

In our ongoing effort to provide the genomics community with useful concepts and tools, our next challenge is to make the content of the META-BASE repository searchable. We act in a context that shows a growing interest in exploiting the richness of ontological knowledge and facilitating the exploration of scientific datasets and their features; therefore we put a strong effort into allowing semantic search over metadata.
