Abstract
Neck cystic mass-forming lesions can be nonneoplastic or neoplastic. Cytomorphologic evaluation can help reach a conclusive diagnosis which helps in further management. However, based on the clinical and imaging features and the lesions’ location helps formulate an appropriate differential diagnosis. Additionally, using ancillary testing is very helpful for a definitive diagnosis. This chapter describes the cytomorphologic features of cystic neck lesions and their differential diagnosis.
