Abstract

Of all the myths that were established in colonial times, the myth of post-colonization is perhaps the most oppressive and dangerous. This is because the discourses of post-colonialism, and its ensuing practices, which are at the foundation of how we are governed today, are fake news. A people cannot be post-colonial until colonization actually ends. Colonization of peoples’ ways of being, knowing, and doing.
