The book was inadvertently published with an incorrect spelling of “theocratization”/“theocratisations”. This has now been corrected as theoretisation/theoretisations in the following pages:

In addition to this, in Chapter 2, when referring to a study in a table (page 49) and in the text (page 55) the country name was wrongly used as Columbia. This has now been corrected to Peru.
