Abstract

The plane problems of thermoelasticity for a semi-strip with the fixed semi-infinite sides for three different configurations of the applied load by the semi-strip’s short edge are investigated. The stationary thermal conductivity problem for a semi-infinite strip was solved, the found thermal field is further used during the solving of the uncoupled thermoelasticity problem for a semi-infinite strip.
