The systematic examination of the foot and ankle is outlined in this chapter in a clear and simple manner with detailed illustrations, diagrams and photographs. Topics covered include inspection and palpation of the foot and ankle with discussions on gait, range of movement and ankle stability. Other topics include neurological examination and vascular examination.
