Chapter 3

  • Pg 105. In the image named Pioneers of Human-Centered Economic Thought, one of the names was misspelled as Thorsten Veblen. The name has now been corrected as Thorstein Veblen.

Chapter 5

  • Pg 135. In the second line of the third paragraph, the text “In conceptual terms, this is the difference between its current median household living standard relative and the level that would obtain…” has been corrected as “In conceptual terms, this is the difference between its current median household living standard relative to the level that would obtain…”.
