Abstract
The clinician-sonographer can quickly delineate the medial collateral ligament, pes anserine bursitis, and the medial meniscus. The ultrasonographer grades medial collateral ligament sprains, meniscal tears and extrusions, and parameniscal cysts. Ultrasound facilitates diagnosing and treating pes anserine bursitis and dynamically detects snapping pes anserine tendons.
