Abstract

Physicomathematical models for studying the thermostressed state, load-bearing capacity, and properties of the contact connection of multilayered electroconductive bodies of canonical form under the action of pulsed electromagnetic fields with amplitude modulation are proposed. New classes of thermomechanical problems for such bodies were formulated, and their solutions under sinusoidal electromagnetic action in the mode with an impulse modulating signal were obtained. Under this action, the thermomechanical behavior, load-bearing capacity, and properties of the contact joint of the bimetallic hollow cylinder were numerically analyzed.
