Abstract
Mesh or braided threads are a much-needed treatment of thin or crepey skin in special locations such as the décolleté. Mono threads similarly stimulate collagen, but mesh threads do so to a much greater degree and will produce a better result with fewer treatments than mono threads. Mesh threads promote significant thickening of the skin making it smoother and less prone to wrinkling when skin in the décolleté is folded due to body positioning. This chapter will outline in detail the steps to perform this procedure. It will include an illustration of pattern of placement of the threads as well as specify the size of threads.
