Blue Laser Surgery in Laryngology

Abstract

“Leukoplakia” is a white lesion/plaque. It is abnormal but may be associated with benign or malignant disease. Once it has been biopsied and pathology is known, ablation of selected primary early recurrent lesions with blue laser can be accomplished easily and effectively. Blue laser treatment can be combined with biopsy.
