The 21st Century leader, in any industry and any culture, needs essential communication skills to engage, inspire and align a diverse workforce. Leadership can be defined as influence, yet increasingly as the skillful use of influence to create an environment where people can do their best work towards the goals of the team you are leading. How does such a leader influence their team?—through innovative communication skills that meaningfully connect to each unique individual.
